Questions I get a lot
Is the copywriting really included?
Yes, always. Every package includes professionally written copy for every page on your site. I write in your brand voice — not generic filler text. You can give me notes, but I'll do the actual writing.
How long does a website take?
Typically 3–5 weeks from the discovery call to launch. The Starter Spell is usually 3 weeks. Full Transformation is 4–5 weeks. Alchemist Suite timelines are scoped per project.
Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?
Absolutely. I work fully remotely with businesses all over South Africa. All we need is a video call for the discovery session — everything else can happen via email and WhatsApp.
What do I need to provide?
Not much! I'll ask you some questions about your business, gather any existing logos or brand assets, and handle everything from there. If you don't have a logo, I can help with that too.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I typically require a 50% deposit to start work, with the balance due before launch. If you need a different arrangement, let's talk — I'm flexible.
What happens after the site launches?
You get two weeks of post-launch support included in all packages. After that, I offer optional retainer plans for ongoing updates, SEO monitoring, and support.
Will my site work on mobile?
Every site is built mobile-first. It's not an afterthought — the mobile experience is designed first, and the desktop version is built from there.
What platform do you build on?
I build exclusively in Next.js — the same framework used by Fortune 500 companies and leading tech startups. It's fast, secure, and built to scale. Far better than WordPress for speed and SEO.
